At PAZZION INTL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes or accessories are not a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
